Brad Spears serves as an Assistant Band Director for Muskogee Public Schools. He directs the Muskogee High School Symphonic Band, teaches low brass at the 6th and 7th Grade Academy, leads the Sadler 8th Grade Band, and teaches high school guitar. A graduate of Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Music Education degree, Mr. Spears has dedicated his career to helping students develop confidence and excellence through music.

Throughout his teaching career, Mr. Spears has worked with students at multiple grade levels, helping young musicians build strong fundamentals while encouraging a lifelong appreciation for music. His primary instrument is guitar/trombone, and he enjoys sharing his passion for performance with students through concert band, chamber ensembles, and guitar instruction. Known for his positive attitude and commitment to student success, Mr. Spears strives to create an engaging classroom environment where every student feels valued and challenged to grow as a musician and individual.
