Mike Sisco serves as the Director of Bands for Muskogee Public Schools and oversees all aspects of the district’s band program. He directs the Rougher Regiment marching band and works closely with students and staff to provide a comprehensive music education experience from beginning band through high school.

Prior to his time in Muskogee, Mr. Sisco taught at several successful band programs throughout Oklahoma, and Texas, such as Union and Keller where he helped students achieve excellence in concert, marching, and jazz performance. His commitment to student growth extends beyond musical achievement, as he strives to develop leadership, responsibility, and character in every student. Under his leadership, Muskogee bands have continued a tradition of excellence through successful performances, competitive achievements, and strong community involvement. Mr. Sisco is passionate about creating opportunities for students to reach their full potential while fostering a positive and supportive environment where musicians can thrive.
